Takeaway from my walk with Dante:
Building product is like launching a bunch of experiments. You start off based off unproved assumptions. You never really know when you're going in the right direction. You can only set yourself up to fail often so you get signals. It's not worth it when you're not actively seeking signals often. It's okay to work hard based off your hypothesizes but not if you're not taking the time to prove them as well.
